Luxury Clothing: Asos.com

Fashion is a fickle thing - in one minute and out the next. If J. Press and Brooks Brothers are a little to stiff for your look, Asos.com presents an avantgarde alternative. Asos.com bills it self as The Online Fashion Store, and up until now this international electronic fashion destination has catered exclusively to women. The Luxury Lifestyle has recently learned that Asos.com will be launching a line of innovative menswear that draws inspiration from the classic looks of casual yore.

The new line, called "Untitled" is an innovative project that seeks to bring together experts in denim, vinyl, trainers, sunglasses that have created looks that endure till today and also new designers just starting to make their foray onto the scene. Together both up and coming, and tried and true designers have worked to create the "Untitled" collection.

What makes the "Untitled" collection stand out in the fashion world, is that all of the items in the collection will be rare, hard to find or of a limited edition. Making Asos.com's "Untitled" all the more luxurious and exclusive.

International denim expert Neil Christopher has sourced denim for top stores for many years in both Japan and New York. Currently he designs and produces clothes for what is described as a "radical denim brand", KATO. The "Untitled" collection will feature hand selected, limited edition items from KATO.

Paramount to establishing any man's look, is a pair of signature shades. Fraser Laing started Archiv in 1997 to with the intent to be the premier provider of exclusive vintage eyewear. Archiv will be providing "Untitled" with classic sunglasses, all in limited edition formats.

For the music lover in you the "Untitled" has amassed a collection of vintage vinyl records, and audiophiles 'round the world will agree that there is no better way to enjoy some tunes than on a record player. Men's shoes can be a painfully hard thing to find. Every man has a favorite shoe that either isn't made anymore ('cause they don't make 'em like they used to), or one that they cannot find. "Untitled" will feature a collection of new limited edition and vintage shoes. Whether it's an Addidas that only 35 have been made of, or just that classic trainer you had as a kid, it's in the collection.

What the "Untitled" seeks to do (and handily achieves) is to create a line of clothing for the hip and trendy luxury consumer that draws it's isnpiration from the classics of yesterday. It is a line of clothing that I am personally excited about and will endeavor to chronicle it's progress on the The Luxury Lifestyle for all of our valued readers.

Elusive indeed! I like the Untitled concept though, no doubt rich consumers will be swarming to get their hands on them.
